RF transceivers target short-range ISM-band

The ADF7022 and ADF7023 RF transceiver are suited for smart grid and other applications operating on the short-range ISM-band (industrial, science and medical) for remote data measurement. The ADF7022 with an integrated communications processor supports the io-homecontrol protocol and operates in the license-free ISM band of 868.25, 868.95, and 869.85 MHz. It is fully compliant to ETSI-300-200 and has enhanced digital baseband features specifically designed for the io-homecontrol standard.

Designed for 433, 868, and 915 MHz, the ADF7023 operates from 1.8 to 3.6 V and offers data rates in 2FSK/GFSK up to 250 kbit/s. Housed in a 32-pin LFCSP package, the transceivers are compatible with the company’s AD8353 RF gain block, ADF4360 PLL/VCO, ADM6320 supervisory circuits and the ADL5542 driver amplifier.
