RFID chip suits logistics apps

Targeted at RFID markets, the CTC13000 passive RFID device enables object tracking for virtually any application.Based on an 180nm process technology, the IC features electronic product codeEPC Class1 Gen2 compliance and utilizes ASK transmission technology with pulse interval encoding (PIE).

The chip operates in the UHF band 860 to 960 MHz. It features 1 kbits of internal memory (512 bits user memory) with a 10 year retention life. Bit rate is 40 to 640 kbit/s.(Contact company for pricing available now)
