Compact array is visible in high ambient light
Expanding the illumination options available for backlighting panels, car dashboards, and displays, the RGB-1007-001 Series RGB LED array delivers 470-nm blue at up to 230 mcd, 520-nm green to 750 mcd, and 635-nm red at up to 350 mcd with a drive current from 20 to 25 mA.
The 4.9 x 6.5 x 0.15-mm device has a water-clear lens with a viewing angle of 120° and is designed to operate with OptiLED lightpipes to simplify the spatial relationship between the PC board and remote indicator illumination points. ($1.73 ea/100available now.)
