Housed in DFN and SC70 packages, the LTC4311 rise time accelerator is suited for heavily loaded I2C/SMBus systems operating at bus speeds of up to 400 kHz. It improves I2 C/SMBus rise-time transition and ensures data integrity with multiple devices on the I2 C/SMBus.
Features include a voltage supply from 1.6 to 5.5 V, a supply current shutdown of 5 μA, and a human body model ESD of ±8 kV. In addition, the LTC4311 auto-detects the bus idle state and reduces supply current to 26 μA in standby mode. (From $1.55 ea/1,000—available now.)
