Rohm’s 2 channel intelligent power switch

The BDS2EJAAGUL is a dual channel, 1 A intelligent power switch that can also be configured as a single channel 2 A power switch. A low 45 mΩ (typ.) on-resistance along with features such as soft start, overcurrent, fold back current limiting and reverse-current protection, minimize power loss and increase reliability. Designed for mobile devices and portable equipment the BDS2EJAAGUL is available in an ultra-small 1.95 mm x 1.00 mm VCSP package.
