The RTXC real-time operating system now supports the Texas Instruments OMAP35x platform with an ARM Cortex-A8. The OS features a small footprint and low overhead.
The one-stop development and run-time package includes the RTXC RTOS and ARM RealView development tools. The OS includes support for the MMU, as well as instruction and data caches. Cache support includes high-level functions to flush and invalidate a memory area, a function to lock code or data into respective cache, and a set of low-level functions that allow cache operations by way/set and with cache line granularity.
