Rugged inductors suit aerospace, military apps
Suited for aerospace and military applications, the ML Series 0603-size ceramic inductors have a high-temperature encapsulant that allows operation in temperatures from –55° to 155°C. The inductors offer values from 47 nH to 22 µH, with a MTBF of 1 billion hours. Q ratings are to 50 at 250 MHz and SRF to 16 GHz.
The inductor’s terminations are tin-silver-copper and tin-lead, for long-term reliability. Components can be certified to meet specific customer requirements. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
