The rugged, large-scale 085X series spring pins can carry 9 A continuous current at a 10°C temperature rise. The 0850, 0851, 0852 and 0853 pins are rated at 1,000,000 cycles minimum and feature a gold-plated stainless-steel spring, 0.050-in.-diameter solid plunger, and thick-wall construction.
The pins also provide a 0.045-in. midstroke and 0.090-in. maximum stroke. Applications include board stacking, docking stations, cable assemblies, quick connects, and blind mating. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
