T40B torque transducer includes a speed measurement system and is designed for harsh environments. The transducer takes measurements using contactless sensing of an anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) sensor, which is more robust and stable than an optical system.
The device has nine available torque ranges from 50-N-m to 10-kN-m with linearity of ±0.03% and a frequency or voltage output. It runs from an 18 to 30 V supply, taking 10 W maximum, and measurement speed is up to 6 kHz. The unit is 239 to 286 mm wide and 210 to 342 mm tall.
