SBC features low-power Atom Z5 CPU, SUMIT bus

The Ocelot single-board computer features Intel’s very-low-power Z530P or Z520PT Atom processor and the new SUMIT (Stackable Unified Module Interconnect Technology) expansion interface. The 3.55 x 3.78-in. card has the Intel US15WP(T) chipset and requires only 7.0-W active power.

Features include up to 2 Gbytes of socketed DDR2 RAM, a GbE port, up to seven USB 2.0 interfaces, an IDE port, a Disk-On-Module flash site, four RS-485 ports, HD stereo audio, and LVDS or optional analog VGA support. The Ocelot also includes a PC/104 connector for compatibility, has a Phoenix Technologies Embedded BIOS, and is available with –40° to 85°C operation. ($750 ea/OEM qty — available now.)
