The MB-60630 dual-socketed, PICMG 1.3 form-factor single-board computer uses 45-nm quad-core Xeon processors L5410 and L5408 with extended lifecycle support. The L5408 has a power envelope of just 40 W at 2.13 GHz, the L5410 runs at 2.33 GHz and 50 W.
The processors have 12 Mbytes of L2 cache and the card has a 6321ESB I/O controller hub, 8-port LSI1068E SAS RAID controller, and up to 48 Gbytes of DDR2-667/533 FB-DIMM memory. It has independent 1,066/1,333-Hz system buses for each processor and optional ATI X300 64-Mbyte graphics. (Without processors, $1,500 to $2,000 — available now.)
