The CFSH01-30L is a low VF Schottky diode in the SOD-882L package. This new device has a reverse voltage rating of 30 V and a maximum forward current rating of 100 mA. The device has a forward voltage drop of 300 mV at 10 mA.
The Schottky diode suits a variety of battery powered portable devices such as mobile communications, digital cameras, and laptops. It targets dc/dc conversion, voltage clamping, circuit protection, and any power management requirement applications. The SOD-882L package has a profile of 0.4 mm and uses 58% less board space compared to the SOD-523 package. ($0.14 ea/8,000 – available now.)
