The 10-A 100-V CSHD10-100C Schottky rectifier in a DPAK package consists of two 5-A Schottky rectifiers in a common-cathode configuration. It suits high-temperature applications such as bypass diode functions for solar panel circuitry.
The Schottky rectifier features 0.8-V forward-voltage drop, 50-µA reverse leakage, and 65 to 175C thermal performance. Other applications include dc/dc output rectification and reverse polarity protection. ($0.64 ea/2,500 available now.)
