Schottky rectifiers have 0.35 VF

Two Schottky rectifiers, the 20-V MSS1P2U and 30-V MSS1P3U, have forward-voltage drops of 0.35 V at 85°C and 0.4 V at 25°C. Provided in a MicroSMP package, they measure 2.7 x 1.4 mm, with a 0.68-mm profile.

Combined with the current density of 1 A, the rectifiers provide power for snubbers in hard disk drives, secondary rectifiers for miniature switch mode power supplies and adapters and for power-supply-type battery chargers. The rectifiers feature a peak forward surge current of 30 A and maximum junction temperature of 125°C. They meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C.
