Intended for high-reliability applications in switching power supplies, a family of Schottky rectifiers meets the DSCC’s Qualified Products List (QPL), eliminating the need for engineers to generate their own source-control drawings. Features include a 45 to 100-V reverse-voltage range, a 0.69 to 1.3-V forward-voltage range, and a current rating from 10 to 35 A.
