Schottkys handle high voltage, high current
This Schottky center-top rectifier is designed specifically for use at
power-switching frequencies greater than 100 kHz. It consists of two
high-voltage Schottky barrier diodes connected in a common-cathode
center-tap configuration in a TO-258 hermetic metal package. The rectifier
is available in three voltage ratings: 45 V (OM4213SC), 60 V (OM4219SC),
and 100 V (OM4220SC); all three are rated at 50 A. Junction operating
temperature range for all three is -55 degrees to 150 degreesC. (OM4213SC,
