Offering ESD and overvoltage protection, the SP72x Series SCR diode arrays guard telecom and datacom interface circuits such as microprocessor/logic inputs, data bus lines, and analog device inputs. Operating voltage range is from 2 to 30 V, surge current rating is 14 A with an 8 x 20-µs waveform, response time is a 2-ns rise time, input capacitance 5 pF, and leakage current is 5 nA typ, 20 nA max.
