SCSI bus analyzer is low cost
The Model 8420 SCSI bus analyzer is a logic analyzer designed
specifically for the SCSI bus. It provides 64 Kwords of capture memory for
troubleshooting, as well as eight levels of qualifier with pre-and
post-trigger control. Operation is simplified by an intuitive menu-driven
operation along with nonvolatile memory for setup parameters. Hard-copy
output is provided via a serial printer port. A terminal interface allows
for user operation via a remote terminal. The 8420 also includes branch
control of qualifiers. An auto-function allows for unattended capture of
random faults with hard-copy output. Data fields are selectable as either
binary or hex with a time stamp having 20-ns resolution. ($2,495–stock.)
