Series 524 precision, hermetically sealed capacitors are available in a
variety of metal case styles. They are available in 200-, 300-, and 600-V
ratings, with capacitance values from 0.001 to 1.0 μF, +/-1%. The
temperature range is -55 degrees to +100 degreesC. The capacitors are of
extended mylar, kraft, and foil construction, with tin-coated copper weld
