Secure EEPROM has AES-CCM authentication

The ATAES132 32-Kbit EEPROM offers secure data storage using the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) authentication for industrial, consumer, computing, and embedded applications with flexible key management features and secure counters. AES is a 128-bit block cipher and is considered the gold standard of encryption systems today.

Secure EEPROM has AES-CCM authentication

The IC supports either an I2C or SPI interface and comes in 8-pin SOIC, TSSOP, or UDFN packages, with a footprint compatible with standard serial EEPROMs. The device offers world-class hardware protection for keys and data with 16 nonreversible monotonic counters and the ability to securely move keys on and off the chip. The IC uses a 2.5 to 5.5-V supply and takes less than 250 nA in sleep mode. (From $0.55 ea/1,000 available now.)
