The EE-SPX74/84 series optical sensors feature
pulse modulation of the transmissive beam to
lessen external light interference and eliminate
erroneous readings. The devices operate on 5 to
24 Vdc ±10% with 5% peak-to-peak max ripple
and consume an average of 15 mA max and a peak of
50 mA.
The sensors are available in slot widths of 3.6
or 5 mm, weigh 2.4 g, and have a polycarbonate
housing rated IEC60529 and IP 50 for operation
from –10° to 55°C at 5% to 85% humidity.
