Designed for motor flanges up to 150 x 150 mm, the Cm5 Series servomotor connector features extended current-handling capabilities to 40 A. The completely shielded and sealed connector features crimp contacts, vibration resistance and sealed entries for power and signal cables to meet IP 67 approvals.
The connector comprises a 4-way (3-phase, 1-ground) power connector and signal connector that provides several configuration options including 4-way sensor and brake or 18- or 24–way signal. Power connectors feature a cable diameter of 19 mm, contact resistance of less than 5 mΩ, and a maximum voltage of 630 Vac, while signal connectors feature a cable diameter of 11 mm, contact resistance of less than 10 mΩ, and a maximum voltage of 48 Vac.
