The SLR family of shielded power inductors have current ratings up to 100 A and inductance values from 85 to 370 nH. They feature tight DCR tolerance of ±5.4% to ±10% for lossless inductor current sensing.
The inductors are suited for high-frequency applications, such as multi-phase VRM/VRD/EVRD regulators, CPU power management, and GPUs/video graphic cards. The SLR family has five product series: the SLR1050, SLR1065, SLR1070, SLR1075, and SLR1190, all in SMT packages. The SLR1075-171KEC, for example, is a 170-µH device with a 0.29-mΩ DCR (±7%), an SFR of 44 MHz, and an Isat at 25°C of 65.0 A. It measures 0.409 x 0.315 x 0.291 inches. Available now.
