The SESD0201C-006-058, SESD0201C-120-058, and SESD0402S-005-054 are three 0201-sized silicon ESD (SESD) devices that measure 0.6 x 0.3 x 0.3 mm and are approximately 70% smaller than prior-generation 0402-sized devices. They suit portable electronics such as mobile phones, MP3 players, PDAs, and digital cameras.

The SESD0201C-006-058 is a 0.6-pF-capacitance device that suits high-speed data lines. The SESD0201C-120-058 is a 12-pF-capacitance device for generic interfaces. Both devices offer 8-kV contact and 15-kV air discharge protection. The SESD0402S-005-054 device has 0.5-pF typical capacitance with a 10-kV contact discharge rating.
