SiGe mixer suits LTE, WiMAX base staions

Operating from 2,000 to 3,900 MHz, the MAX19996A downconverting SiGe mixer integrates an LO buffer, two amplifiers, two baluns, and dozens of discrete components. The part is suited for WCS, LTE, WiMAX, and MMDS base stations and offers a fully integrated downconversion channel, with 24.5-dBm typ IIP3, 8.7-dB typ conversion gain, and 9.8-dB typ noise figure.

Additionally, it features an 2LO-2RF spurious rejection of 67 dBc for an RF level of –10 dBm, and 62 dBc for a level of –5 dBm — all in a 20-pin TQFN package. (From $6.90 ea/1,000 — available now.)
