Signal-processing AMC card has Stratix FPGA

The SP/S4AM signal-processing Advanced Mezzanine Card uses the Altera Stratix IV GX FPGA combined with four SFP/SFP+ fiber transceivers that support Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, SONET, CPRI, and OBSAI. The card also features a complete host/control bridge, 10/100 Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, two banks of DDR3 SDRAM, two banks of QDRII+ SRAM, and flash memory for booting the FPGAs.

The card’s four SFP/SFP+ SerDes channels are connected directly to the FPGA, which handles the higher-level communications protocols. ($5,000 ea/OEM qty — available now.)
