Signal-processing card has GbE, SRIO, FPGA

The AMC-V5F signal-processing midsize Advanced Mezzanine Card features a Virtex-5 FPGA, dual SFP sockets for optical interfaces, plus 10-Gbit/s 4x SRIO and Gigabit Ethernet connections. Linked to the optical interface is a flexible, low-jitter PLL circuit, allowing a range of wireless synchronisation options including a low-cost 1-PPS GPS clock.

The single-width card has two SFP optical interface sockets for (CPRI/OBSAI) wireless antenna interface links. It also has two independent 128-Mbyte banks of SDRAM and 128 Mbytes of parallel flash. It takes up to 28 W max, dependent on SFPs used and FPGA load. ($2,600 ea/1,000 — samples available now.)
