Silicone compound suits potting, encapsulation

MasterSil 151 is a two-component, low-viscosity silicone compound for high-performance casting, potting, and encapsulation applications. This material features an operating temperature range of –65° to 400°F and cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures.

The material features an elongation at a break of 160% and a Shore A hardness of 45. Dielectric strength is 460 V/mil and volume resistivity is 1 x 1015 Ω/cm. (Contact James Brenner for pricing—available now.)
