The DuPont 7723 and 9169 silver conductive inks are formulated for use in printed electronics in the touchscreen and OLED markets. The lead-free air-firing 7723 adheres well to Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) coated glass and offers a viscocity of 85 to 110 Pa-s at 25°C Brookfield HBF 10 rpm, and a sheet resistivity of 3 mΩ/sq at 25 µm).
The highly conductive 9169 can be cured between 120° and 170°C, and strongly adheres to ITO-coated flexible substrates. Viscocity is 40 to 70 Pa-s (Brookfield HBT, 10-rpm #14 spindle and UC, 25°C), resistivity is ≤18 mΩ/sq at 25 µm, with low contact resistance to ITO, and fine-line capability.
