Single-axis motion controller is DSP-based
The Unidex 100 single-axis motion controller includes a DSP-based
indexer, integral motor driver (stepping, dc brush, or brushless servo),
and power supply in a panel-mount enclosure. Features include
master-slave, cam profile, and registration-based moves and
output-on-the-fly capability. The controller comes with 32 Kbytes
nonvolatile user program memory and an RS-232/422 port (IEEE-488
optional). Other features include autotuning to reduce setup time and
multitasking for nonmotion tasks such as a background PLC. ($1,550–stock
