The 74LVC1Gxx single-gate logic functions include three-input NAND (11) and three-input AND (10) gates and four configurable multifunction gates (57, 58, 97, 98), providing a choice of up to seven different functions each. A Schmitt trigger inverter (14) and Schmitt trigger buffer (17) complete the offerings, all of which come in a 1 x 1-mm 6-pin DFN1010 or a standard SOT package.
The devices operate from 1.65 to 5.5 V, have 5.5-V-tolerant inputs, and take only 1 µA typ. Powered down, the devices’ output is disabled to prevent damaging backflow current and ensure signal isolation. ($0.08 ea/10,000 — samples available now.)
