The 74LVC1Gxx series single-gate logic ICs provide the eight most popular logic functions in SOT25 or SOT353 packages, and the 74LVCE1Gxx series offers enhanced performance versions of these same functions.

The 74LVC1Gxx series operate at 1.65 to 5.5 V while the 74LVCE1Gxx extends this range down to 1.4 V and provides a 30% enhancement in switching speeds.
