The S34ML01G1, S34ML02G1 , S34ML04G1, and S34ML08G1 high reliability SLC NAND flash memory devices feature 100,000 cycle endurance with 1-bit ECC and high performance read/write speeds. The 1 to 8 Gbit ICs have 25 μs random access, 25 ns sequential access, and 200 μs programming times.
The TSOP48 packaged devices come in 3.0 (L) and 1.8 V (S) versions and target embedded systems with a -40 to 85C temperature range and five year long product support. They use a 4x nm floating-gate process technology and a industry-standard signal interface and command set. (Price not provided 1 ,2, & 4 Gbit available now.)
