Common slide switch configurations include single pole, double throw (SPDT) with on-on operation and single pole, single throw (SPST) slides switches with on-off functionality. The SLW family’s new circuit types include SPDT, SP3T, SP4T, DPDT, DP3T and DP4T. New switch functions include on-on, on-on-on, on-off-on and off-on-on-on. They are housed in packages as small as 8.3 × 5.6 × 3.6 mm for space-constrained designs.

The new models are available in through-hole packages with PC pin terminations as well as surface-mount packages with gull-wing terminations. They offer pitches from 2 to 6.9 mm, raised actuators and horizontal or vertical orientations. They also feature shorting or non-shorting contact timing. Key specifications include rated voltages of 30 or 50 VDC, rated currents from 200 to 500 mA and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C.

The SLW models are available now. Prices start at $0.24 each at 500 pieces through distribution. Lead time is from stock to seven weeks. Contact the company for OEM pricing.
