Slim DIN rail supply offers 92% efficiency

The DRS series DIN-rail-mounted ac/dc power supplies offer 80-, 120-, and 240-W single-output models, and are 89% to 92% efficient. The 80-W DRS80 model measures 1.26 x 4.0 x 4.88 in., and the 240-W DRS240 model measures 2.36 x 4.60 x 4.88 in. The power density for the supplies is as high as 4.5 W/in.3

The DIN-rail supply series accommodates 85 to 264-Vac input without input range selectors. The supplies provide the output-voltage variants of 12, 24 or 48 Vdc. The 12-Vdc output can be increased up to 15 Vdc, the 24 Vdc to 28.5 Vdc, and the 48 Vdc up to 56 Vdc. All models can accommodate a peak load 150% of nominal rating for up to a maximum of 4 s.
