Featuring an extended ferrule, the eSMA connector’s unique internal design offers enhanced performance to address signal-transmission and fragile solder-joint problems in hand-formable cable assemblies. Other features include failure-proof coupling nuts, EZ-style, solder-free, captivated center contacts, and a solder-damming positive cable stop.
The eSMA connectors are terminated to Times Microwave Systems’ TFlex cable, and feature a typical VSWR of 1.17:1 (through 20 GHz) and can be bent firmly and simply even up close to the connector.
