The LAN9303 and LAN9303M three-port 10/100 managed Ethernet switches support single/dual MII/RMII/Turbo MII (Media Independent Interfaces) and come in small packages. The LAN9303M supports two MII ports.
The 56- or 72-pin QFN packaged chips feature per-port IEEE 802.1Q VLAN support, IGMP v1/v2 monitoring for multicast packet filtering, and up to 200-Mbit/s network speed via Turbo MII interface. They have ±8/15-kV ESD protection and operate at –40° to 85°C with a single 3.3-V supply. ($2.28 to $3.73 ea/10,000 — samples available now.)
