Small 8-bit flash MCU has 24 I/O

The ST7LITE49M microcontroller comes in a LQFP32 package and offers 24 high-sink-current I/O lines, 4 Kbytes of flash, 384 bytes of RAM, and 128 bytes of EEPROM. The chip also features a configurable watchdog timer, dual 8-bit timers with prescaler, and dual 250-Hz to 4-MHz 12-bit auto-reload timers that provide four PWM signals with output compare, input capture, dead-time generation, and one-pulse mode.

The device operates at -40° to 125°C, and has a precise internal 8 MHz RC oscillator, a 32-kHz auto-wakeup oscillator, a 10-channel, 10-bit A/D converter, five power-saving modes, a trimmable UV reset, and an I2 C interface. ($0.78 ea/10,000—available now.)
