The AWB7223 small-cell PA is optimized for small-cell basestaion applications, including microcells, picocells, and femtocells. It operates in the 1,930 to 1,990-MHz frequency band and offers best-in-class power-added efficiency of 15% at rated power.
Additional features include an output power of 27 dBm, a linearity of 50-dBc ACPR at ±5 MHz (WCDMA), and 29-dB gain. It is match for a 50Ω system and is housed in the 14-pin 7 x 7 x 1.3-mm surface mount package. (Contact company for pricing and availability)
