Small customizable IC has FPGA, analog

The GreenPAK customizable IC has a one-time-programmable micro-FPGA with configurable analog components and can perform many 4- and 8-bit MCU applications. The IC has a finite state machine, logic, counters, delays, an A/D converter, a voltage reference, an oscillator, and a PWM.

The device comes in a 2 x 2-mm TDFN package and can often take the place of many components and reduce BOM size. It comes with programming software and a programmer is available. ($0.15 to $0.25 ea/moderate volume — available now.)
