Small solid-state relay handles 3.4 A

The SDM4101 dc single-pole single-throw normally open solid-state relay comes in a 4-pin single inline package. It provides extremely low on-resistance, 75 mΩ max, and switches loads up to 60 Vdc.

The device handles a continuous load current of up to 3.4 A and requires 2-mA typ control current. It provides isolation of 3,750 Vrms minimum. The device's SIP package is 0.76 x 0.25 x 0.13 in., and operating temperature is -40° to 85°C.
