Smallest SC-cut OCXO achieves 10-ppb stability

Measuring just 9.0 x 14 x 9 mm, the OX-503 OCXO is claimed by the company as the smallest SC-cut based oscillator on the market. Temperature stability is ±10 ppb from -20° to 70°C and ±25 ppb from -40° to 85°C.

Additional features include aging at 1 ppb/day, a supply voltage of 3.3 V, and output frequencies of 10.0 to 52.0 MHz. It is compliant to EC RoHS6 Directive and provides a CMOS output configuration. (Contact company for pricng — available now)
