SMD 1-W LED is bright and compact

An automotive-qualified (AEC-Q101) 1-W natural white device, the VLMW711T3U2US Little Star SMD power LED combines high brightness with a compact outline. The InGaN LED offers luminous intensity of 25,000 mcd typ, luminous flux of 80 to 85 lm, and a 6.0 x 6.0-mm footprint with a 1.5-mm profile.

The device’s optical efficiency is 60 lm/W typ, and its thermal resistance is 10 K/W. The RoHS- and WEEE-compliant LED features a 60° half-intensity angle and 120° viewing angle, and it is compatible with IR-reflow solder processes. ($1.30 ea / 1,000 — available from stock to 8 weeks ARO.)
