The GRT series of SMT ceramic capacitors are AEC-Q200 automotive-qualified. The series features test conditions considerably expanded from the GRM series. It offers a full range of temperature-compensating and high-dielectric-constant (NPO) devices. Sizes range from 0201 to 1210.
Temperature cycling is done 1,000 times to 85°C and humidity testing is 80 to 85% RH for 1,000 hours. The capacitors’ values range all the way from 0.5 pF (100 V, 125°C) to 100 µF (6.3 V, 85°C). An example 1210 size part, the GRT32DC81E106KE01L 10-uF 25-Vdc X6S ±10% device, is $0.219 ea/1,000.
