Designed for high-voltage applications such as power supplies or power converters, the surface-mount HVI Series thick-film wraparound chip resistors feature values from 10Ω to 20MΩ at tolerances of 1%, and up to 1GΩ at 10%.The resistors are offered in sizes from 0402 to 2512, and have a nickel barrier layer for solder leach resistance and proprietary thick-film architecture that allows the 2512 size to withstand a continuous 3-kV and overload of 4-kV at 1-W max rated power.
Operating temperatures are –55° to 155°C, maximum load life at 1% is ±(2.0% + 0.10 Ω). Available in bulk or on tape and reel. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
