The TLRH3AWTTE metal plate chip current sense resistor features an extended resistance range of 10 mΩ to 270 mΩ. It offers a 2 W power rating at 105°C, high corrosion protection, and a temperature range of -65° to 170°C.
The 2512 package size resistor has a tolerance of 1% and a TCR of ±75 ppm in 10 to 22 mΩ, ±50 ppm in 24 to 270 mΩ. The 0.02 inch thick part is also AEC-Q200 qualified. It costs from $0.60 ea/2,000.
