The RL-5040-H surface mount inductor is one of the highest power available today. The 0.73 x 0.60 inch or 0.88 x 0.64 inch device offers 15 industry standard values up to 1.4 mH and current rating as high as 30 A.
The RL-5040-H-100 version, for example, provides 100 μH (±20%) with a DCR of 0.115 Ω and an SRF of 6 MHz typical. Maximum RMS current is 2.8 A and Isat is 5.6 A. Operating temperature is -40° to 130°C. As low as $0.63 ea/production quantity.
