The HCJ series of thin film surface mount chip jumpers is said to be capable of handling over 20 times more current than standard SMT jumpers. The 0402 size can handle 6.5 A, the HCJ2512 63.2 A. The series is available in chip sizes 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 2512.
The HCJ0402 has 3 mΩ resistance, and the other sizes are a specified at 0.5 mΩ DCR. Pricing ranges from $0.067 to $0.11 each in full reel quantities. Operating temperature is -55° to 155°C. An example part number is HCJ0603ZT0R00.
