The AVD series of SMT electrolytic capacitors feature 5,000 hours load life (2,000 for D=4,5,6.3mm) at 105°C with rated WVDC. Values range from 1 to 1,000 µF at 6.3 to 50 V and operating temperature is -55° to 105°C.
An example part, the 107AVD016MER 100 µF device, has a 16 V rating and 2.65 Ω ESR at 120 HZ. It comes in a 6.3 x 5.4 mm package and has a 230 ma maximum ripple current rating. Prices start at $0.023 ea/OEM qty.
