SMT power inductors meet NASA specifications

The AE619PYA series of high-temperature, military-grade surface-mount power inductors meets all NASA low-outgassing specifications. The composite-core inductors are made of high-temperature materials and they feature soft saturation ideal for voltage regulator/converter applications.

The series is rated for –55° to 115°C without derating and comes in 10 inductance values from 0.4 to 6.1 μH. The inducrors have saturation current ratings to 111 A, dc resistance down to 0.70 mΩ, and self-shielded construction. They measure 0.433 to x 0.557 to 0.567 x 0.606 in., with a height of 0.315 or 0.323 in. They have self-resonant frequencies from 11 to 53 MHz typ.
